Birth Story Medicine Circle

Free Community Event for Sharing and Healing Birth Stories
Tuesday October 14th | 7 PM – 9 PM
In collaboration with Full Circle Holistic

In times past, birth stories were shared around the hearth or well β€” woven into the fabric of community life. Today, many parents first encounter birth through fear-filled media or clinical detachment.

This circle offers something different.

Birth Story Medicine Circles are sacred, supportive spaces where women can share their birth stories and receive compassionate witnessing. Whether you’re holding unspoken joy or healing from trauma, your experience matters and deserves to be held in a conscious, nonjudgmental way.

We'll open with simple guidelines for respectful listening, non-arguable sharing, and heartfelt feedback. Sharing is always optional β€” presence alone is powerful.

πŸ’¬ All birth experiences welcome
🌸 All who identify as women welcome
🌱 No cost to attend

  • "Her birth preparation class was fantastic and converted my husband into a dude-la 😊 There are no words for this type of loving support and how it protects and nourishes a new mamas mind, body, and spirit. Hire her!!! It will be the best thing you spend your money on in preparation for baby."

  • "Where do I begin! Being first-time parents, we could use all of the support and guidance in the world. We first met Lara when we attended a birthing class she was hosting. Both myself and my husband found this class to be very informative and helpful - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! "

  • β€œI took a class with Lara and Cote on preparing for postpartum. I was very happy for the experience! I loved that the class was hands on and individualized to our group. I even got some goodies to take home. This class really helped me think about the postpartum period and what my needs might be. The ladies are very professional but down to earth and easy to relate to. I felt very comfortable talking about childbirth. I would recommend any of their services."
